(Your Company) - Your Regional ProScan Provider

Hi {{first_name}},

I am contacting you on behalf of my company as a ProScan provider. Currently we work with firms like yours to provide a proactive and comprehensive property care that starts with 100% roof scan coverage. We use autonomous drones with third party software insights for the smallest issues, like hail. Our reports condense down to points of interest, current maintenance concerns, and weather damage should an insurance claim need be filed.

At the property level, ProScan helps us both identify risks. From there we can help implement practical control strategies and develop plans to anticipate, react and recover. Part of that means that we will continue to monitor weather events at each property to re-scan after wind or hail events. Comparison reports make insurance claims far easier to pass when there is recent time-stamped images to contrast new information.

Feel free to reach back out to me for more details.
